RESET is a comprehensive rebuilding program for the Pacific Palisades, created by Builders Workshop, a licensed general contractor with decades of luxury residential experience in greater Los Angeles.

Inspired & Designed by Los Angeles’ Best

In collaboration with leading Los Angeles architects, the program offers four ready-to-submit home designs by four of LA's most respected residential architecture firms – EYRC, Montalba Architects, RIOS, and Woods + Dangaran. Inspired by the legacies of Joseph Eichler and Ingvar Kamprad, RESET bridges the legacy of the Palisades with the promise of what's next, thoughtfully designed, built with care, and ready to rebuild the neighborhood with intention.

Resilient and Ready

Every RESET home is built with cold-formed steel framing produced by Ghost Factory through an offsite micro-factory system, delivering non-combustible, WUI-compliant construction with fire-rated assemblies, comes with pricing transparency and an accelerated path to occupancy.

In partnership with Marsh McLennan, RESET homeowners receive a written commitment from multiple A-rated carriers for builder's risk and permanent homeowner coverage following Certificate of Occupancy solving the insurance gap that has stalled rebuilds across the Palisades. Plans are ready to submit, pricing is transparent, and the path forward is clear.
