The Palisades Fire didn't just erase structures; it fractured a community and a way of life. RESET is our response: a manifesto for rebuilding not just homes, but the identity of place itself. Our design rejects excess in favor of clarity. At its core is a three-part plan: function and transition at the front, a central courtyard as the social heart, rest and retreat at the rear. This compact form creates a setting for wonder and discovery, where architecture becomes a platform for connection, healing, and new memories.
By reimagining property boundaries and setbacks, we transform individual lots into shared thresholds. Yards become memory gardens and neighborhood porches. Staggered massing creates green corridors between homes, bringing the community together through informal interaction and shared ritual.
