In collaboration with leading Los Angeles architects, Builders Workshop is developing a context-responsive design framework for the Alphabet Streets and a range of other Palisades neighborhoods—balancing architectural character with the flexibility to adapt to individual properties.

RESET bridges the legacy of the Palisades with the promise of what's next, thoughtfully designed, built with care, and ready to rebuild the neighborhood with intention. Guided by our BuildSpec™ guidelines, each home is built for performance, beauty, and long-term value in the Pacific Palisades. RESET homes are the result of a disciplined design approach that blends proven building components with site-specific sensitivity. 

Plan designs span from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet and utilize adaptable families unified by a consistent architectural style. Each design adheres to a 4-foot modular grid, ensuring precise alignment of walls, windows, and structural elements. This standardized framework facilitates coordination, minimizes material waste, and optimally integrates prefabricated components. By balancing flexibility with uniformity, this approach supports efficient and resilient rebuilding efforts in the Palisades. Our Signature Plans target a vertical construction cost of approximately $600 to $700 per square foot.
