Through this collaboration, multiple A-rated insurers have confirmed eligibility to underwrite homes framed with our cold-formed steel system—covering both builder’s risk during construction and permanent homeowner policies after completion.

Our system fully aligns with California building codes and wildfire zone requirements, providing a structural solution that expands access to insurance in high-risk areas while supporting long-term resilience.

Insurance eligibility is subject to underwriting review and project specifics. Builders Workshop and Trade Workshop do not sell or place insurance policies.
